Loft-style apartment, built in 2017. Views on Lake Constance and the Alps. "One feels a little removed from the earthly" a craftsmen said already during the building work. Our largest apartment is 66m² in size, plus a 20m² south-facing balcony with simply breath-taking views. A large and a smaller bedroom with real wood parquet floor, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette, a very nice sanitary are. The glass front from the living room to the balcony create an ambience in which you immediately feel at home. For all those who are looking for something special and unique for their holiday on the Lake of Constance. Ideal for couples, solo travellers or small families. All beds with adjustable head and foot section. Mostly biological building materials were used. Particular attention was paid to the soundproofing between the apartments and to thermal insulation.

Kitchen with 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee and tea making facilities, filter coffee machine, cooker hood, and everything you need in a kitchen for making breakfast and cooking meals.
