Immediately slip into the holiday mood. Built in 2017, this fully furnished apartment is bright, quiet and spacious, with 48m² living space, plus a large 18m² balcony facing to the east. Perfect for enjoying the sunrise in the morning during breakfast and a cup of coffee or tea. A very tasteful sanitary area and a living area with partial lake view, sofa bed, real wood parquet floor and fully equipped kitchenette with breakfast table. All beds with adjustable head and foot section. The apartment is ideal for couples, single travellers, as well as small families. Mostly biological building materials were used.
