Built in 2017. A 25m² south facing balcony with glass front to the 49m² quiet apartment. The beautiful lake view from the balcony guarantees you slip into holiday mood from the very first moment. Enjoy the same view from the nicely furnished bedroom. Rounding out the August Queen of a spacious living area with sofa bed, real wood parquet floor, fully equipped kitchenette and an attractive sanitary area. All beds have adjustable head and foot section. Ideal for couples, solo travellers or small families. Mostly biological building materials were used. Particular attention was paid to the soundproofing between the apartments and to thermal insulation.
