Enjoy the enchanting views on Lake Constance and the Alps from the 25m² south-facing balcony and the morning sun on the 18m² east-facing balcony. Three bedrooms, each with double bed (two with TV connection and lake view), fully equipped kitchen in separate room, living area to the south, dining room with balcony to the east. Attractive room design with real wood parquet floor on almost 100m² in a quiet location. Extensive, very high quality and tasteful furnishings ensure a perfect holiday experience. Lots of space for up to 6 adults and possibly children. All beds with adjustable head and foot section. Mostly biological building materials were used. Particular attention was paid to the soundproofing between the apartments and to thermal insulation. Built in 2017.
